Weigel Authors Article for Fachmedien Recht und Wirtschaft—Compliance Berater

Frankfurt-based Complex Commercial Litigation partner Michael Weigel authored an article that was published on July 7 in the well-known journal Fachmedien Recht und Wirtschaft—Compliance Berater published by R & W Verlag. In the German-language article, he reviews the Sept. 23,2014 decision by the Federal Court , the so-called “Dornbracht Entscheidung,” which confirms the personal liability of organizations and other group in violation of antitrust and cartel laws.
