Morgenstern to Co-Chair, Participate in PLI’s 2016 Antitrust Institute Seminar

Litigation partner and Antitrust Practice chair Saul Morgenstern is serving as the event co-chair for the Practising Law Institute’s “Antitrust Institute 2016: Development & Hot Topics” seminar in New York on May 4–5. This year’s seminar—with its emphasis on fundamentals and current developments—will examine several key antitrust areas as determined in recent decisions and reflected by vigorous enforcement efforts in the US and around the world.
