Simon Firth to Speak at IFI Global’s AIFMD Impact Event

Partner Simon Firth will participate in IFI Global’s presentation of its research results on the impact of the AIFMD on Europe’s alternative investing industry on July 2, 2014 in London. For this survey, IFI Global interviewed investors, managers and leading London law firms on multiple aspects relating to the AIFMD, including investor allocations, third party ManCo platforms, domiciliation trends, funds governance and depositary and “depo light” developments. Following the presentation, Simon and fellow panelists will discuss these findings and engage in a Q&A session with the audience.
