General Services Administration (GSA)

Our group counsels clients, particularly non-traditional government contractors, concerning the GSA's Multiple Award Schedule Program. We assist companies in various industries, including the professional services, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and information technology sectors, in, among other things, obtaining and expanding Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts; drafting compliance programs and training manuals to address most-favored customer pricing compliance procedures and audit issues; performing internal investigations regarding compliance with the terms of FSS contracts and assisting those clients in response to inquiries from federal audit agencies; and counseling on certification requirements under FSS contracts.

We also have a broad range of experience with all facets of the FSS contracting process, starting with contract formation and extending through the resolution of disputes that arise in the course of contract performance. Additionally, we advise clients in connection with pre-award and post-award audits conducted by the GSA and VA Offices of Inspector General, the organizations responsible for auditing FSS contractors and contracts. Our attorneys frequently teach, speak, and write on issues involving the GSA schedule contracts, and have counseled many leading corporations on compliance, contracting, and investigations under the GSA schedules.
