Barry Lawrence authors article for the Los Angeles Business Journal

Barry Lawrence, partner in the Real Estate Department of the Los Angeles office, published an article entitled "The Lawyer's Tale: A Successful Firm Got Caught Up In Expansion, Only To Discover It Had Lost It Soul" in the October 22, 2007 issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal. The article tells the story of a small private law firm that takes the plunge to become public, only to find that going public really was not at all what is was supposed to be.
