The series highlights Black lawyers, law professors and law students who discuss their experience navigating Big Law while dealing with bias. Guests on each episode also propose ways for the legal profession to better incorporate diversity and inclusion into corporate spaces.

In the second episode of the series, Pippins discussed her career trajectory and stressed the significance of developing relationships with mentors and sponsors. She also emphasized the value of young minority lawyers finding advocates for their professional development inside and outside of their firms.

Pippins was also featured in the fourth episode of the series that highlights experiences of African American women law partners, a segment that comprises less than 1% of all partners in the legal profession. During her interview, Pippins discusses the "unique" issues Black women attorneys face in addition to the challenges of career and family.

Pippins, who co-heads the firm's Consumer Products & Retail sector, focuses her practice in the areas of FDA's regulation of food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, drug and medical-device products sold directly to consumers as well as FTC and state regulation of the marketing and sale of consumer products.
