Tess Saperstein is an associate in the firm's general litigation practice group and represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters. Her practice includes appeals in both state and federal court. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Tess graduated from New York University School of Law, where she was an associate executive editor for Moot Court Board. While in law school, she was the Constitutional Law Coordinator and Speech and Debate instructor for the High School Law Institute, a program which provides courses in the law for local high school students. Tess served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Diane Gujarati of the Eastern District of New York and as a Legal Intern in the Civil Division for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Tess’s academic scholarship has been published in the Yale Journal on Regulation’s Notice and Comment Blog, the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, and NYU Proceedings.

Tess graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a concentration in government. Prior to law school, Tess worked in gun violence prevention.
