Summer Quintana represents clients facing antitrust investigations, civil lawsuits, and other complex disputes. Summer has extensive experience assisting clients in a wide range of matters, including comprehensive experience in Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings and government investigations into mergers and acquisitions. She has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in antitrust-based lawsuits.

Summer represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters. On transactional matters, she advises clients on antitrust considerations when looking to merge. She also counsels clients through any government investigations or challenges to these transactions. Summer represents clients in a variety of industries, including food, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and information technology.

Summer also represents clients in litigation settings, regularly representing them in individual lawsuits, consumer class actions, and multidistrict litigation. In recent years, she has represented multiple clients in connection with disputes arising from alleged anticompetitive behavior. This includes defending clients from these allegations, as well as representing plaintiffs in their suits against bad actors.

Summer also maintains a broad pro bono practice. She has represented refugees looking for asylum in the U.S., legally changed names for transgender clients, and answered legal questions from constituents during election time. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Summer was an associate at an international law firm. During law school, she was staff editor for the Duke Law & Technology Review and was a mentor for the Women Law Students Association.

Summer is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, and California.
