Dale Kim's practice focuses on a range of litigation, white collar defense and securities enforcement matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, including voting rights litigation.

Dale received his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the head notes editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. During law school, he worked in the Immigrants' Rights Clinic and interned at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Dale was a consultant at a leading management consulting firm.
