Sarah Constantine focuses on providing individuals and families legal advice on a broad range of estate planning and tax issues with particular emphasis on sophisticated wealth preservation techniques, charitable giving and tax controversies. Ms. Constantine also advises public charities, private foundations, and other tax exempt organizations on a wide variety of tax compliance and general corporate matters.
During law school, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Cathy Seibel of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and Research Assistant for Professor Sonia Katyal. Ms. Constantine was also Co-President of Parents Attending Law School (PALS). Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Constantine had a career in public service working for the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy, a CEO membership organization founded by Paul Newman, and the New York City Department of Health, Bureau of Maternal, Infant and Reproductive Health.
