Brittany McClure represents individual and corporate clients in the pharmaceutical and health care industries in criminal and civil government investigations. Ms. McClure has represented clients in criminal antitrust matters as well as investigations involving allegations of foreign corruption and bribery, immigration fraud, false claims, illegal kickbacks, and improper self-dealing. Ms. McClure is  experienced in all aspects of government and internal investigations, including negotiating and responding to grand jury subpoenas; interviewing company witnesses; working with in-house legal departments; coordinating large-scale document collection, review, and production; and reporting progress and findings to government agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Ms. McClure also has experience in civil rights class action litigation, and has advised clients on matters relating to national security, export controls, executive action, and privacy.

Ms. McClure graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Upon graduating, the faculty selected Ms. McClure to the Order of the Coif and the National Order of Barristers. Ms. McClure completed her undergraduate degrees at the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she graduated with a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication and in Political Science.
