Caitlin Lynch is currently on a leave of absence from the firm and is on secondment to Public Counsel. She is expected to return to the firm on or around April 16, 2018.

Caitlin Lynch graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2016. In law school, Ms. Lynch was co-chair of the Skid Row Housing Clinic, the Homelessness Prevention Clinic, and the Public Counsel CARES Clinic within El Centro Legal. She was also a member of the Empirical Legal Studies program, where she examined the effects of consent decrees on the rates of Section 1983 suits filed against police departments. Ms. Lynch graduated cum laude from Barnard College and earned her BA in History. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lynch interned at Public Counsel and taught English in Beijing, China.
