Most of our new associates are recent law school graduates, but many new associates join us after gaining experience in the government or at other law firms. While outstanding law school performance is a major factor in our hiring decisions, we also focus on a candidate’s experience and how that candidate could continue to develop that experience at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.
