Real Estate partner Louis Hait will speak at PLI’s seminar “Negotiating Real Estate Deals 2016.” The event reviews the major legal takeaways from the previous year’s real estate deals and identifies the trends that lawyers in the field are currently facing or can soon expect.
Hait’s presentation, “Recent Trends in Real Estate Lending: 2016 Edition,” reviews the current transaction market, exploring the recent factors that are changing how deals get done and what’s on the real estate transactions horizon for the rest of 2016.
