Frankfurt MedTech Event – Life Sciences Networking Evening
Special Counsel Gottfried Freier and Counsel Thomas A. Jesch will host a MedTech event in Frankfurt, together with Perelson Weiner LLP, FIZ Frankfurter Innovationszentrum Biotechnologie GmbH and Hessen Agentur GmbH, on September 11, 2012. The discussion will cover the innovative life sciences and medical device projects being pioneered in Germany and the United States. The event also offers an opportunity for early stage and emerging growth MedTech companies to network with strategic investors, industry partners and academia.

The mission of the X PRIZE Foundation’s Life Sciences Prize Group is to stimulate innovative breakthroughs in molecular biology, stem cell research, bionics, organogenesis, synthetic biology, and artificial intelligence in order to improve health care and extend healthy living. It seeks to accelerate the real-world impact of science, technology, and information related to the worldwide optimization of health and the elimination of illness and disease by fostering innovation through incentivized competition. Weiss will discuss the current projects being undertaken by the winners of the Life Sciences Prize Group.
