Corporate Partner Andres Liivak will moderate the finance and deal making panel at FlandersBio’s 8th annual life sciences convention Knowledge for Growth on May 24, 2012 in Ghent, Belgium. The panelists will include the CEO’s of Galapagos, Janssen Pharmaceutica and Pronota as well as senior business development executives from Shire-Movetis and GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. The panel will examine and compare the experiences of the panelists in advancing and funding life sciences R&D and commercialization through strategic alliances, trade sales and equity investments in the context of ongoing market challenges.
