Michael Rogoff Speaks at 2nd Annual Off-Label Communications Conference

Michael A. Rogoff, Co-Chair of the Complex Commercial Litigation Department and Chair of the White Collar Litigation and Internal Investigations practice group, will speak at Q1 Productions’ 2nd Annual Off-Label Communications Conference in Philadelphia, PA on December 5 – 6, 2011. Mr. Rogoff will participate in two discussions: “Analyzing the Increased Focus on Individual Liability in Off-Label Promotion” and “Discussing Off-Label Related Investigations & Exposure.”
