Boston to Discuss‎ Taking and Defending
Depositions at NDDLA

Complex Commercial Litigation partner Sheila Boston will present “The Art of Preparing For, Taking, and Defending Depositions” at the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association (NDDLA) annual meeting on September 20, 2016. NDDLA invited Boston to present this seminar after one of its members saw her at an earlier DRI Deposition Institute where she has served as a lecturer and faculty member.

NDDLA is a statewide association dedicated to serving the needs of lawyers engaged primarily in the defense of civil disputes. It is affiliated with the Defense Research Institute, which is the national organization of defense trial lawyers and corporate counsel.

Boston is a member of Kaye Scholer’s top-ranked Product Liability group, and a vice president of the New York City Bar Association.
