Foreign Policy Counseling

We represent both global commercial clients and sovereign governments, offering guidance on the US national and homeland security decision-making process, as well as representation in litigation matters in US and international courts, and in international arbitrations where foreign policy and national and homeland security issues are central to the disputes.

We represent clients in their dealings with the US Department of State, the Departments of Defense, the Intelligence Community, other national security agencies, and the US Congress, to ensure that our clients' interests are considered when key foreign policy and national security decisions are being made. We also assist our clients in their dealings with the national security and foreign policy agencies in other countries, such as foreign investment reviews and other approval requirements.
