Arnold & Porter Launches White Collar Defense & Investigations Blog Enforcement Edge

Arnold & Porter's White Collar Defense & Investigations group has launched Enforcement Edge, a new blog about government enforcement born out of the legal uncertainty and enhanced enforcement scrutiny during the coronavirus pandemic. The blog will identify real-time enforcement and compliance issues and provide practical, timely, and easy-to-digest insights about the evolving enforcement environment.

The pandemic is changing the nature of law enforcement in the United States and around the globe, with government agencies responding rapidly to a wide range of new threats including PPE price-gouging and fraud related to CARES Act (and other stimulus) funds. Expanding on Arnold & Porter's initial focus on pandemic-related enforcement publications, Enforcement Edge will cast a wide net, tracking and dissecting enforcement efforts across the board.
