Executive Liability—Legal Issues and Financial Risks

The 12^th Mannheimer Arbeitsrechtstag will focus on corporate liabilities and measures to prevent them. Frankfurt-based partner Dr. Hans-Joachim Fritz will lecture on “Executive Liability—Legal Issues and Financial Risks.” His topics will include when and under which circumstances executives may be held liable, the differences between CEO and other executive employees as company agents, and liability privileges and exceptions in accordance with the Business Judgment Rule, the rules of internal compensation as well as D&O liability insurance.
