Jennifer Wieboldt is skilled in practically all aspects of litigation, with significant experience in securities fraud litigation and litigation regarding constitutional claims and claims under the Religious Land Use & Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), as well as arbitration.

Ms. Wieboldt received a BA with high distinction in Political Philosophy, Policy, and Law, an interdisciplinary major, and History from the University of Virginia.  She received her JD with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a Notes Editor on The George Washington Law Review.
