Marisa White focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and general business representation. She has experience representing both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including private equity, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and technology.
Ms. White has represented financial and strategic buyers and sellers in complex mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as representing NYSE- and NASDAQ-listed companies in public and private equity offerings, bond offerings, and tender offers. She also advises public companies in corporate governance matters and securities law compliance, including all aspects of registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Ms. White attended St. John's University School of Law, where she was a member of the St. John's Law Review.
