Francesca Pisano's practice focuses on assisting clients with complex civil antitrust litigation, government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues. Francesca has represented clients in a variety of industries including financial services, industrial equipment, medical devices, telecommunications, and consumer products.
Francesca graduated with high honors from Emory Law School in 2013, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Law Journal. Upon graduating from law school, she was elected to the Order of the Coif and awarded the Pro Bono Publico medal for her pro bono service. During law school, Francesca served as a legal intern in the Ethics & Compliance Office of a Fortune 100 company.
