Bonnie Phan focuses her practice on patent litigation.

Ms. Phan graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she served as the Chief Managing Editor of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal and as an Associate Editor of UCLA Law Review. She was also Academic Support Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association and a volunteer at El Centro Legal Clinic. While in law school, Ms. Phan interned for the Honorable George H. Wu of the Central District of California and for the Appeals, Writs, and Trials Section of the California Attorney General's Office.
