Andrew Peace represents investment banks and other financial institutions in various real estate finance transactions. He focuses on acquisition financing and refinancing of commercial real estate properties, including hotels, retail properties, office buildings and multi-family complexes throughout the United States.

Mr. Peace has particular experience in the origination and securitization of first mortgage debt, mezzanine loans and other structured finance products.

Prior to law school, Mr. Peace taught high school biology in New Orleans, Louisiana through Teach for America.
