Jeffrey Martin's practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigations. He has represented clients in patent litigations across a range of fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, aerospace, and agriculture. Mr. Martin has worked closely with clients at all stages of litigation, and has considerable experience with discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial preparation in both Federal Court proceedings and before the International Trade Commission.

Mr. Martin attended Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
