Lance Levine has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate finance law, with an emphasis on the representation of lenders originating commercial real estate loans for the securitization market and of portfolio lenders in the origination, syndication, workout and restructuring of construction, acquisition and permanent mortgage and mezzanine loans. Mr. Levine also has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of office buildings, shopping centers and other commercial property.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levine was a partner in another firm after having practiced real estate law at several prominent New York law firms.

Mr. Levine received his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was an Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.
