Manuel Kushner has extensive trial and appellate experience, especially in probate and complex commercial litigation matters. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Kushner has handled virtually all types of civil, probate, and commercial matters, including such real estate-related disputes as mortgage foreclosures and title controversies; such business-related disputes as commercial fraud, breach-of-contract actions, franchise claims, enforcement of non-compete agreements, securities violations, theft of trade secrets, trademark infringement, and tortious interference claims; and such specialized areas as guardianship and probate litigation.

Mr. Kushner has served as a reader and researcher for the Florida Board of Bar Examiners from July 1983 to the present, and was previously the Chairman of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee "G," in and for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. He was a member and Chairman of the Fourth Appellate District Judicial Nomination Commission.

Mr. Kushner is an author of the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Manual on Commercial Mortgage Foreclosures, and formerly served on the Board of Governors of the Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Mr. Kushner received his law degree from Temple University School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Temple Law Quarterly Law Review and recipient of the Corpus Juris Secondum Award for outstanding scholastic achievement.
