Chris Konieczny has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and corporate governance.
Recently, Mr. Konieczny was seconded as in-house counsel by a multinational pharmaceutical company. He served as M&A counsel in the global corporate group, where he advised on a major portfolio transformation valued at more than $25 billion. The series of transactions included the acquisition of a global portfolio of oncology products, the creation of a worldwide consumer healthcare joint venture, and the divestment of a vaccines division.
Mr. Konieczny attended Albany Law School, where he was a member of the Justinian Society and served as Senior Editor of the Albany Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and studied abroad at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
