Deanna L. Keysor

Counsel

Deanna L. Keysor primarily focuses her practice on a variety of intellectual property litigation work, including trademarks, false advertising, patents and trade secrets. She also has experience in antitrust and appellate litigation, as well as all aspects of general litigation, from pre-filing through trial and appellate briefing to each stage of discovery, including deposition practice, the management of electronic document production, briefing and arguments before the court. Additionally, she has experience in arbitration proceedings, particularly under the American Arbitration Association rules.

Ms. Keysor has worked with technologies including mechanical devices and processes, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and computer software, among others. Through her career, she has litigated multiple cases arising from the medical device, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Alan E. Norris on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
