Dr. Klaus U Eyber has been a Partner in the Frankfurt office since 2004. Since his admission to the bar in 1993, Dr. Eyber has focused on Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Based on his many years of litigation experience, Dr. Eyber concentrates on representing clients in court and before arbitration tribunals as well as in summary and enforcement proceedings. He has a special focus on damage cases based on fraud, tort, negligence or breach of contract. Dr. Eyber is particularly experienced in advising companies on conflicts and damages and in handling the return of funds especially in cross-border cases including the conduct of commercial investigations and business intelligence.

Dr. Eyber regularly publishes articles on issues of corporate and insolvency law. He also regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on cross-border litigation including enforcement and injunctive relief on cross-border insolvencies including International Insolvency Law. He also speaks on anti-corruption & bribery including handling those cases on the defense side and from the perspective of a damaged party.

Dr. Eyber breadth of expertise has also meant that he has acted on corporate deals and commercial deals where he has handled IPO'S and mergers and acquisitions for major national and international clients.
