Ricardo Doriott represents corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals in government investigations and civil litigation. He has experience defending major pharmaceutical manufacturers in criminal and civil government investigations involving allegations of healthcare fraud, anti-kickback statute violations and False Claims Act violations. Mr. Doriott also assists in the representation of international corporations in antitrust and securities litigations.
Mr. Doriott is a member of the firm's PRIDE group and is active in the firm’s pro bono practice. Mr. Doriott graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Managing Editor of Operations for The Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and was a member of the Barristers’ Council – ADR Division. He received his BA in Economics with a Secondary Concentration in Computer Science from Harvard University.
