Julius Berman was involved in the Litigation, Antitrust and Real Estate Practices for more than 30 years. In real estate litigation, Mr. Berman successfully handled construction litigation, major lease disputes and brokerage disputes, among others. He also counseled major developers and large commercial landlords.
While much of Mr. Berman’s professional activities were transactional in nature, the focus of his practice was the development of long-term relationships with clients, resulting in significant involvement and experience in their various corporate, finance and business activities.
Mr. Berman was also involved in extensive litigation practice involving commodities, including the defense of antitrust actions, CFTC regulatory proceedings and commodity exchange proceedings. He was designated by various courts to handle the mediation of major commercial litigation disputes.
