Aaron Allardyce represents investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of hotels, office buildings, multi-family housing complexes and industrial facilities throughout the US, Central America and the Caribbean. He also has experience representing lenders in the origination and restructuring of repurchase and warehouse lending facilities secured by commercial mortgage loans, B-notes, mezzanine loans and participation interests.
